Welcome to Copper Canyon Soap Company! My name is Chance Kitchens, and I am the founder and creator of this unique venture. Copper Canyon Soap Co. started its journey on the road in Virginia Beach in November 2021. By January 2022, we proudly opened our first storefront in Elizabeth City, NC, where our original location continues to thrive.
In search of a new home base, I moved to Columbia, SC, to establish our headquarters for the Carolinas. With a background in the soap industry, I recognized a significant need for high-quality, plant-based soaps and bath products suitable for sensitive skin. The commercial market often falls short in providing chemical-free alternatives, which inspired me to create Copper Canyon Soap Company.
Our commitment is to small-batch, handcrafted products, made fresh daily in each of our locations. This meticulous process allows us to control the eco-friendly ingredients we locally source, ensuring that your products are always fresh and local.
At Copper Canyon Soap Company, we also value community and creativity. That’s why we offer customer experience classes where you can bring up to nine friends to make your own soaps, bath bombs, shower oils, and candles. It’s a fun, hands-on experience with plant-based ingredients.
