Our Fragrances
We use only the highest quality, body-safe fragrances and essential oils in all of our products. Each product is created using the maximum IFRA (International Fragrance Association) allowance. Since each product type has a maximum fragrance usage rate, some products may have a stronger scent than others. For your convenience, we provide a detailed scent list with descriptions of all our offerings.
Ordering
Our website is available 24/7, 365 days a year. If you have questions or wish to place a custom order, please use the form on our Contact Us page. We typically respond to inquiries within 1-3 business days.
Order Modifications:

To add to an order already in progress, contact us before it is marked as "shipped." We will create an add-on order for you, including any additional shipping charges.

To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders marked "awaiting shipment" are already in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Custom Requests
If you’re interested in an item or scent not listed on our website, send us a message. We will do our best to accommodate your request by either adding it to our product line or creating a custom order. Please note that ingredient and container changes may not always be possible and must be confirmed before placing your order. Custom orders are made specifically for the buyer and cannot be canceled.
Wholesale, Private Label, and Resellers
Yes, we accept wholesale orders! If you’d like to inquire about carrying our products in your store or private labeling options, please fill out the Wholesale Application under the "Wholesale" tab. Pricing and options will be provided upon approval.
Shipping
We ship within the U.S. via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is included on all orders. While we do not offer free shipping, our shipping calculator is designed to provide the best rates. We also use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate when applicable to make shipping more economical. FedEx and UPS options are also available for you if you choose those options at checkout!

Heat/Cold Sensitive Products: We recommend shipping to an address where the package can be immediately retrieved to avoid damage from extreme temperatures.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. If an error is found after placing the order, notify us immediately. Once shipped, you will need to contact the carrier for assistance with delivery issues.
Local Pick-Up:
If you live within 30 miles of one of our locations, local pick-up can be arranged Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM.
Returns Policy
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about any product or scent, please contact us before purchasing. Scents are subjective and may vary based on personal interpretation.
Handcrafted Variation:
All items are handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or finish are normal. Some fragrances may naturally darken over time due to vanillin content, and certain oils can affect texture. These variations do not impact product quality.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us with photos, and we will resend the correct item at no additional cost.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is marked "delivered" by USPS, you must contact your local USPS branch for assistance. We do not issue refunds for delivered orders. Returned packages due to non-deliverable addresses will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Orders may incur a 25% restocking fee.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and will never sell your personal information to third parties. Your information is used solely for fulfilling orders or meeting legal obligations.
Wholesale Quote Policy
Quotes for wholesale orders are valid for 30 days from the date issued due to fluctuating material costs.
