Returns

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit ONLY! Returns/Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 7 days of invoice date. Final sale (no returns) on all sale items, and Soaps, body wash, whipped body butter, exfoliating scrubs, lip balm, lip scrub, lip gloss, bath salts. Shipping/Handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is nonrefundable. 

NO RETURNS ON SOAPS, BATH BOMBS, BUTTERS, SCRUBS, OILS, FACAIL BARS, SHAMPOO BARS, ANY PRODUCT THAT CAN BE USED ON YOUR BODY. - If you are not happy with a product by all means please contact us and let us see what we can do to fix the issue!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and. You must have a receipt as well.

-All items purchased online, must be returned online.

Once the merchandise is returned/received, a store credit will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your store credit.

ONLINE RETURNS are subjected to a 25% of the sale price restocking fee due to our system charging us for the order.
