At Copper Canyon Soap Company, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return policy below:

General Policy

• Refunds are issued as store credit only.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the invoice date.
• Final sale items (not eligible for returns or exchanges) include: soaps, body washes, whipped body butters, exfoliating scrubs, lip balms, lip scrubs, lip glosses, bath salts, and any product used on the body (e.g., bath bombs, oils, facial bars, shampoo bars).

If you are unhappy with a product, please contact us so we can work to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• A valid receipt is required.

Return Process

• Items purchased online must be returned online.
• Once the returned merchandise is received and verified, store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Additional Fees

• Online returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee due to processing costs.
• Shipping and handling fees for returned or exchanged merchandise are nonrefundable.
